Mike was our second opinion after receiving an estimate in the multiple thousands from another company. We called Mike the day before Thanksgiving. He was there within 1 hour of the call. We were very grateful for his response. He came and got down to business identifying the problem. He figured it out within 30 minutes. Within 2 hours if was fixed. We had been 3 days on half power. We came away grateful for someone that knew what they were doing and even more convinced that a second opinion is important when an initial estimate is high.

He was very courteous and knowledgeable and showed up on time. Completed the inspection and identified and corrected some potential problem areas.

MIke is very reliable and professional. I have used him several more times.

Recessed lighting in kitchen stopped working. Called Mike on a Monday afternoon and he made arrangements to come by house around 6 PM. Spent an hour diagnosing problem which was eventually fixed. In home wiring had been done incorrectly years before and had suddenly stopped working. Light switches were re-wired fixing problem.Great job. if you prefer to deal with a person instead of a big company, call Mike!

All went well except for dimmer switch for LED lights. Lights flicker occasionally. Even though Mike tried to fix it I found out on internet that it is an industry problem and not the fault of the installer.

Mike arrived on time and did all the work as agreed. He came up with an innovative solution to a problem we had with lighting. He and his helper are both delightful people.

Excellent, came within hour of being called and worked late to finish job.

I called Mike's Electrical Service because I couldn't get my regular electrician to return my calls. I will definitely be calling Mike from now on! He and his assistant pulled into my driveway right at 9:00am as scheduled and got to work immediately diagnosing the problem. Once they figured out the disconnect was between the electronic switch and the reciever they walked me through the issue and made the recommendation to replace the fan (though Mike did also offer to try to replace just the switch). I decided to replace the whole fan, but I didn't have one picked out already so I thought they would need to come back later in the week (and I'd have to take extra time off work), but Mike offered to go grab a cup of coffee while I ran to Lowe's to pick out a new fan! His assistant was even willing to go to Lowe's too, since I wasn't sure if I would need anything additional. I was really impressed - awesome customer service! These guys are pleasant, efficient and friendly! Generally I feel uncomfortable when contractors are working in my home, but the friendly banter coming from the room while they worked was pleasant and made the whole experience way less awkward for me. They got the fan up quickly and got rid of the old one. They even gave me a quick run down of the features on the new remote. Mike did not charge me for his first trip to my house due to a scheduling mixup even though I know they drove all the way out from Sherrils Ford. The final bill was incredibly reasonable. Could not be happier and will be calling Mike from now on!

Has not done the work yet. There is a delay on getting the work done due to his workload (which I understand and respect). He didn't hide that.

I sent Mike an email and he called the next day. He was willing to come out on the weekend, because he knew how irritating smoke alarms could be if they did not turn off. I was able to silence them, so we agreed on a date later in the week. He called me the day before it was scheduled and said he had some time to come to my home. I forwarded him a couple of pictures so he knew what he would be dealing with. He arrived later that day with the proper smoke alarms, ladders and help to get the job done. In an hour, everything was fixed. Mike was great to work with: Punctual, knowledegable and neat - while being friendly as well. I would use him for ANY electrical work. He was great.

very professional. gave options when installing the great room fan. test and confirmed operation when the install was completed. Same with rec room fan. I had him replace an older non operating halogen security light with a new LED unit. Tested and confirmed operation. I highly recommend Mike.

Mike called an hour before he was to be at my home and stated he had an emergency and needed to reschedule. He said he might be able to come later that afternoon or evening. As those options would not work for me, I suggested that he take care of his emergency and call me back to set up a new appointment. I never heard back from him. Very unprofessional.

Mike completed this job Sunday, 7/05 on a Holiday 4th weekend. I was very impressed with his initial promptness on the service call, then identifying the problem and fixing it quickly. Overall I was very pleased and would highly recommend. Warren Rybolt

ing a contIt went great. Due to the work area, our attic in hot weather,we set an appointment for Monday morning at 6:30 AM. He was right on time and got the job done in just over one hour. Very nice, honest, competent. I will be contacting him in the future as needed and will share his business cards with neighborsand friends. First time in a long time hiring a contractor was a good experience.

All went smoothly. Mike called prior to coming to determine what needed to be done so he had all the necessary tools, parts, etc. with him. We have had other providers in the past disappear for hours while going to purchase parts. Mike quickly corrected the problem with power to the porch and then installed a quality plug/receptacle for my new kiln. Professional and pleasant to deal with...it was a great experience overall.

Mike was friendly and knowledgable. He came to review the issue, fixed it and cleaned up after himself. I will DEFINITELY use him again!

The job went very well. Mike explained the details of the job and then went about completing the job in short order. He was very experienced with this type of work and made excellent changes to my plans to improve the results. I now have separate power to my shed and garage with the garage breaker box now set up the handle the new well electrical service. I recommend Mike for your electrical needs.

Mike did a great job. He was very professional. He educated me about why he was doing what he needed to do. Also, treated me with respect as a lady. Very much appreciated his professionalism and generosity. He did exactly what he said he would do. He charged exactly as he quoted. He was timely in completing the work. I will use him again.

Based on Angie's List reviews and availability for service Saturdays (a big plus) plus proximity, Mike was 1st on my list of candidate service providers. I was able to quickly schedule him the same day and within a few hours of my initial call; work was completed very quickly, efficiently, and professionally, and he explained thoroughly what he was doing and why. Mike was great to work with -- I'd recommend him highly and would hire him again.

Not only was the job TOP NOTCH QUALITY, the electrician duo were great to have as guests in our home. The two make a great team and do awesome work. Mike Gabriel answers his phone or calls back immediately. He worked us in before the holiday and even came to the house to look at an issue with the fan (completely unrelated to their work). I called and they came over right away and didn't even charge me. I plan to use them for everything electricity related in our home because they pride themselves on high craft timely work, communication with the client, they are honest, and they are just fun to have around.
