 + -1 moreSteve came and explained the models of the tub available. His estimate was $6900 and the tub came from the same source as the nationally advertised tub whose salesman quoted $18,000 for the job without the fancy linen cabinet that Steve supplied. Steve and his helper did the work efficiently on the 3 days that they worked. They put down tarps when they moved stuff into the house. They left the place spotless. A beautiful install. The estimate was $6900.00 and with the change in cabinet (for bigger) and the addition and installation of the larger water heater he somehow brought the job in for $7070.00. Amazing work for an amazing price.
Description of Work: We hired Steve to supply and install a walk-in tub for our master bathroom. Steve removed the large jetted tub from our bathroom in such a neat manner that I was able to sell the tub. He purchased an Access walk-in tub Imperial model. (See http://accesswalkinbaths.com/index.htm) He informed us that our water heater was too small (30 gal) so he ordered and installed a 50 gal heater. My wife decided she wanted a bigger cabinet as part of the job so he ordered a custom-built linen cabinet. He framed the bath area and installed the walk-in tub. He left the area spotless. When the cabinet was ready he brought it and the cultured marble to go around the tub and installed these items. He tested and demonstrated the tub to me and my wife. Again, he left the area spotless. He is a perfectionist and did a beautiful job. He is also a very friendly guy.
