Terrible!! No communication

The did not respond to my request for a quote

First, the missed a scheduled appointment. After called to find out why they didn't show up, leaving a message, they never returned my phone call. Then after finally coming out 2 days later to see what the actual problem was. We matched up the color and the guy left. Never went on the roof to look or anything. He said he was strictly coming over to find out the color. When we asked him when the work could be done, as we are expected to experience bad weather this weekend, he said 2 days. Friday at the latest. After not hearing from them again, Friday came and we called them. Again left a message, phone call never returned. Called again that afternoon, someone actually answered the phone. She said that the piece would take 2 weeks to get in and she didn't know if it had even been ordered yet. We said that someone should have called and told us this information! After getting off the phone with her, I assume the owner of the company called back. He began yelling at my mother in law, telling her that no one else will be able to get that color and no one is going to tell him how to run his company. Well I am sorry but returning a customer's phone call is professional, arriving at scheduled appointments is professional, giving updates to your customers when something changes is professional. This company did none of the above! They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! Needless to say we cancelled our order and will be doing business with a professional company now.

These guys were amazing. They were middle of the pack regarding price but truly I would have paid more for the job they did. Their attention to detail and desire to get everything perfect really set them apart. We had purchased a house in foreclosure that was in desperate need of siding and these guys did a great job working with the quirks of our house. After 65 years of settling it wasn't quite level and the addition that was built on was a different depth than the rest of the house. They built out places that were too shallow and shaved down others to make everything nice and square and worked around our oddly trimmed windows and doors to make them look fantastic. The men working on our house (Gerald C., Andrew T., and James C.) were always there 10-15 minutes before their projected 9am start time setting up equipment and tools so they could actually start at 9am and worked past 5pm until they reached a good stopping place, not simply cutting out because the work day was done. In addition they were very patient and kind with my three year old asking a million questions about them 'putting new clothes on the house' and made sure to be mindful of closing the gates to keep my dog in the yard when she needed to go do her business. I was so very pleased with the work that they did that I'm going to be hiring them to do some more work on my house as well as recommending them to everyone I know.
