+ -1 moreI would not recommend Maxwell’s pool to anybody. Wayne the owner of Maxwell pool sent a rude very unprofessional installer to replace my pool liner. The man name was Russell Sims.The man walked on my pool deck, started saying horrible words, cursing and said the pool is falling down. If you want someone to come to your home and total be disrespectful, then go to Maxwell pool. After I told Wayne the owner about the situation, his response was well “he is good at what he does”. Then charge me 15% for restocking fee for the pool liner. Terrible customer service and lacking respect for customers.

+ -1 moreThe weather was horrendous so they did not finish until the end of July. Overall we are satisfied. I would use them again but I definitely do a few things differently, I would be a little more on top of things.
Description of Work: I used Maxwell Pools Inc to put in a 18x36 in ground pool.
