Description of Work: Water wasn't comming up from my well, SE Punp & Well installed a new packer to the existing well. The water pressure was insufficient. Ronnie told me the old packer had been broken off and stuck on the bottom of the well and the new packer was just above the old one. He said either I could live with the existing well the way it is; or he can remove the new packer from the existing well and close it off and drill a new well, there wouldn't be a well permit fee fron the city of Chesapeake. I chose the new well. The city of Chesapeake regulations were changed from the well at 25' to 50' away from the house. the needed an extra 25' of pvc piping extended, which was included in the price. Since July 2012, I noticed the ground above the the old well has been very wet and been getting worse over the last 2 months. In the beginning of August I realized this was the spot where the existing and new pipes were installed in May 2010. At that time I called Ronnie , Owner of SE Pump & Well, He called me 1 week later, He said he will be at my home between mom and wed weather permitting to look at it, He never showed up, I called later that week, he said he will be there the following monday,I tried calling him back several more times and he never returned my phone calls,this has been going on for over a month. There are flies arond that area. I pour bleach ti disinfect the area. WHEN WELL PIPING IS RAN UNDERGROUND, IT SHOULD LAST MUCH LONGER THAN 2 YEARS AND 3 MONTHS!!!!!!
