I have nothing but good things to say about their business. I want to give a great big thank you for helping me in an emergency situation with my septic issue. They fit me in their very busy schedule on the same day I called panicking about what I had going on. Once the tank was pumped, there were other issues that needed immediate attention and were taken care of right then. I was worried about the cost, and ended up with a very reasonable invoice for all the immediate service I received. I would highly recommend Forbes Plumbing & Septic if you want excellent customer and plumbing services at a reasonable rate!

Upon initial contact a feminine voice (identifying itself as the owner?s wife) assured Forbes was a licensed/certified plumber. I hired Forbes for residential plumbing updates at licensed plumber prices. After basic services Forbes stated he would return to make shower valve adjustments at a later date, although he required full payment at the time. Forbes never returned to complete the job, nor did he (or any representative) return my phone calls. Another plumbing company finished the job and made adjustments to some of Forbes? work to bring it within code. After research I discovered Kevin Forbes or Kevin S. Forbes (his signature on invoice) is not, and has not been, licensed as a plumber in NC. This information may be verified at www.nclicensing.org and the NC State Board of Examiners (ph# 919-875-3612). While a license is not legally required for the services Forbes performed at MY residence, his company should not misrepresent his qualifications. ?BBB Accredited? is not an endorsement by the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org). Additionally, one would expect an honest professional to complete the job he was paid to do or at least return business calls to discuss why he could/would not do so. Local, licensed, true professionals are available at much more reasonable rates.

I called them they came out within the hour replaced my leaking water heater with a new one and did a great job even cleaned up the mess my leaking water heater made. I could not have used a more professional company. And I'm not the only one who thinks that they have nothing but great reviews that is why I chose them!

We contacted Forbes plumbing. They arrived and gave us a quote and recommended we relocate the water heater from our kitchen to under our stairs. He also recommended we have a drain pan under our new water heater in the case we have leaks in the far future. They came back at the agreed time with all the materials and finished the job that day! Kevin Forbes came back later in the day to confirm we were satisfied with the service.

They did a fabulous job I called them out to give me an estimate on several different things I needed done around my old house and I was very pleased with their estimate and their arrival time was a big plus for me. They worked around my schedule and were very clean about their work. I liked that they gave me ideas of more cost efficient ways to do the work and saved me even more money. They gave me a ratings form for me to fill out on how they did and I have never seen anyone do that before they care about what their customers think. I am lucky to have found them

Responded the next day, arrived on time (Something that never happens with plumbers in EC,) and was done in thirty minutes. Very professional, and left no mess. Best plumber in NE NC.

He did outstanding work at a good price. He was very courteous and clean. His prices were extremely reasonable, and he was very responsive and fast. He is very, very good and I will absolutely use him again.
