+ -1 moreAll went well until it rained when they poured the concrete in the rain. The coping was a mess and they applied a different color of concrete on it to patch it. the concrete around the pool was uneven. We told them about it and they said they would apply an epozy covering over it in the fall. The edges were so rough people were cutting their feet. I hired another company to smooth out the concrete so we could use the pool and stain it so it didn't look so bad with the 2 colors of concrete. The stain peeled and the concrete cracked in more than one place. Pool Masters said they would come out and fix it this April of 2015 but now won't answer emails or texts to come and fix it. So we are stuck with a bad concrete job and are now having to look into a lawsuit almost a year later! I called their references but do not trust this company. They will leave you the mess after they get their $.
Description of Work: Purchased fiberglass pool and the pool install from them to include excavation and concrete.
