Very professional, excellent customer service. Was able to repair a recent tile job that was done by someone else who left it a mess. Mel Flooring was able to remove the caulking and replace it with grout and made my tiled areas look fabulous. I would highly recommend Mel Flooring. They were punctual and stay until the project was completed. They even cleaned up both bathrooms. Used plastic to cover up areas for protection was a big deal for me… as that helped keep the dust down and dirt contained.

So polite, trustworthy and professional. I would hire them again! Worked within my budget and worked some while I was out of town. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure my home was secure when they left. The flooring job looks amazing!
