Art came out in March, gave us advice, an estimate, and a tinative installation time. With the estimate, he went over senerios that could possibly affect the estimate. He and his project guy, Eric, met with us again to go over everything, before they started the project. They went over every detail about every aspect of the pool, from installation, warranty, and how to care for our pool. Art is very professional, yet very personable and gave us a since of trust. Our pool is beautiful, it did end up costing about $4000.00 more than the estimate, but these were unforseen conditions that Art explained up front as a possibility. With this said, they have our recommendation for doing a quality, efficient and timely job!

Due to the weather, we had a delay of a couple weeks. But when they arrived the staff began working hard and the hole for the pool was completed in a day and the fiberglass pool was in the ground the second day. They were able to finish the plumbing and the sides were covered in the next couple of days. The ground was graded and ready for concrete by the end of the week. The following week the concrete company completed the grading to allow for proper water drainage and poured the pool area. The fence company arrived upon the completion of the concrete, and installed the fence that day. The pool was cleaned and made ready for our family to enjoy. The Owner followed up with us to make sure we were happy and showed us how to use the filter system and how to properly clean the pool.

STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! Horrible customer service provided by Calen Stiller. Installed perennial bed in a dormant state and when 10 of 11 plantings failed to come up in the spring said "read the contract, we don't guarantee perennials" Paid $10,000.00 for this type of arrogance and the response was pathetic. Design was really initiated by us with little help from their "designer". If you do choose to go with this over priced, over hyped service do yourself a favor and get one of the principles if you are lucky enough to get their names. Very secretive group.

Our family was looking to invest in a large pool for our backyard. Carolina Creations gave us the pool of our dreams, all within our budget. From our first initial meeting, the company's owner, Art Miller was very professional and thorough. Art helped us realize exactly the pool we wanted and needed. A pool is a large investment and we are thrilled with the final product. Every person that worked on the project was respectful to us and our property. The crew was extremely hard working and I could tell they cared about their work product. The pool builder did an incredible job and really paid attention to the small details. The customer service provided throughout the project was amazing. We had a small issue arise during the construction process and we expected the company to just give us the typical "sorry, that's how it is" line. Not this company, Art quickly remedied the situation and even covered the cost of misunderstanding. I was pleasantly surprised that Art truly wanted us to be happy with the pool. He didn't make us feel like just another job; he followed our project from start to finish. It was really refreshing to work with a company that cares about their customers and their work. If you're looking to build a pool, I would highly recommend calling Carolina Creations.

Carolina Creations did a wonderful job on our pool. The space and zoning restrictions were very tight but Art and Eric worked hard to fit it in within the regulations. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to several other people already. Job well done!

After meeting with several contractors the choice to go with Art and Carolina Creations was clear. From our first meeting all of the way to completion it was a great experience. Art, Eric and the rest of their team are first class. We had some ideas and a vision for what we thought we wanted, but wound up with so much more! EXCELLENT!!! Art Miller and his team, (including a great project manager, Eric), did a fantastic job creating and installing a beautiful oasis in our backyard and all within less than 6 weeks and for a reasonable price. Carolina creations is a very professional company. I called for an estimate from Art in September of 2015 and within less than three days of his visit we had a design, estimate and contract signed for completion by early April. Art and his team delivered on their commitment even with the change orders to add a kitchen, fencing and landscaping. The workmanship is if excellent quality, with the staff always prompt in retuning messages and showing up as expected. I highly recommend Carolina Creations and Landscaping. They truly helped us build our dream backyard oasis and all in time for spring, summer and fall!

Carolina Creations did an excellent job from beginning to end. They worked closely with us, with a lot of patience and time, to help us decide the type of pool that would be best for us. Our site had some nasty challenges, and they were diligent in exploring cost effective options that would ensure that the work would be done right. Their crew worked tirelessly and their project manager made sure that all work was done to a very high degree of quality. Each day workers left the site clean and safe. We were constantly asked how we wanted things, given options and advice - and told they would work with us to make sure we were happy with the results. They gave us excellent ideas but always kept our budget in mind. Communications was great - we were always accurately informed of each step, when it would be executed and by whom. The work included the pool, concrete and fencing. Can't say enough good things - especially sales and project management - all excellent and highly recommended.

This is a great landscaping firm. Art Miller and his team are fantastic. They are very professional and get the job done efficiently and on time. In fact we are so pleased with their work we have contracted with Art Miller for grading of the rest of our cleared land and a fence installed. His company is the one to go to!

When we first met the owner of Carolina Creations, Art Miller, we felt that taking care of his customers was their #1 priority. We had heard several good reports on them and decided to use them. We were not disappointed. All of the employees were excellent to work with and provided efficient and professional assistance. We moved about 3 years ago, and as the kids got bigger, we started to really miss the swimming pool we had at our old house, so we contacted Art at Carolina Creations to remedy this problem. After initial discussions, we realized that he and his crew could do a complete turn-key job on our entire dream backyard. After installing the pool and attached spillover spa, they poured and stamped a beautiful pool deck. To finalize the project, they built a a stone kitchen adjacent to the pool. The kitchen includes two sinks, gas burners, a refrigerator, and a pizza oven. Underneath all of the beautiful aesthetics, they also ran all of the plumbing coordinated all of the electric work to run the pool and kitchen. We spent our entire summer in our backyard and couldn't be more pleased with the final product. Thanks Art, Eric, and crew.

We had the pleasure of working with Art Miller when we purchased a pool from Carolina Creations. From the first pre-install contact to Art?s visit to explain the pool cleaning and maintenance process, we were extremely pleased with the quality of service.? We built a home and installed a pool in Oak Island while living in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.? Art was in constant contact with us throughout the construction process also taking into consideration our future needs.? We love our pool! We chose Carolina Creations for their ability to provide all aspects of the pool project. We had looked at other pool companies but found that their prices generally included only the pool itself-- and would have required us to find, price, and schedule other contractors which we were not anxious to do. Carolina Creations may not have been the least expensive option but we felt they were worth their cost. They came through just as promised and created a beautiful background oasis for us. We particularly appreciated their responsiveness and the professional work ethic of their entire crew. Art Miller followed up to make sure everything was done to his and our satisfaction. We would recommend them without reservation, and would not hesitate to use them again.

Art and his crew were very professional from the start. We had several other pool company's come out and talk to us, however none of them were as confident and easy to work with as Carolina Creations. Not only did they do a great job installing the pool, you would have never know they were there. Installation took about a week and they left the place in better condition then before the pool. The one thing that impressed us the most was they were capable doing everything from installing the pool to rerouting the irrigation system. Every other pool co. told us we had to hire a fence co, a irrigation co and pay to have the dirt hauled away. As for relandscaping our backyard once again they handled everything, design, installation and irrigation. I will be having Art and his crew do our front yard in the spring. I highly recommend Carolina Creations for anything your outdoor home needs.

The initial contact was positive in terms of their ideas and knowledge. The problems started when it came time for the install and follow-up. Very difficult to get them to come back. They guarantee their plants for one year. We had 7 (out of about 100) fail. They still have not come back to replace them even after many phone calls, emails, and a personal visit ti the office where I was guaranteed that they would be out the next week. That was 18 months ago. Very sad and unprofessional. Would not recommend them.

Art Miller is the owner. He was outstanding. He was more than helpful. The entire company was totally professional and very easy work with Eric Alderman was the project manager, and was outstanding.

He made certain we understood what to expect from the quality of the product and answered most questions up front. He layed out his schedule and time line and totally stayed on top of it. From the day the Carolina Creations team arrived lead by Eric Alderman they were very professional and stayed on schedule! From the beginning of the project to the finish of our concrete and initial pool cleaning was less than 2 weeks and was a pleasant experience! We were constantly asked if everything was to our satisfaction, which is not common in today's world! After completion of our project Art personally followed up with us with training and any questions we may have. Our total experience with this very professional company exceeded all of our expectations and we would highly recommend them for any pool or landscaping needs!

We were looking for a complete service that would provide organic products, give us the advice we needed on lawn and shrub care. Carolina Creations, although pricey compared to others, have provided us with very good overall service. The weekly lawn care is done efficiently, and the company responds quickly to our questions or concerns about anything involving our property

Owner Art miller explained every detail. Project manager Eric Alderman was very professional. The entire team did an outstanding job. We are very happy with the outcome. We have a beautiful pool in our back yard. The job was completed on time. Every one of our concerns was addressed. I would highly recommend this company.

We were very impressed w/this company from the start. My husband was in communication w/them before we moved. The week we moved in, Art was here to go over details and sign the contract. Everything was patiently explained-there were no surprises. The work crew who installed the pool were professional and courteous. The pool was started and completed w/additional landscaping in a matter of about 2 weeks. We researched many pool companies and found issues. Not w/this company. Everyone we interacted with was a pleasure. They were sincere and most important, this is a company w/integrity. All(workers included) appear proud of their reputation. With this company, Art was always true to his word. You will have piece of mind with this company that the job is getting done - correctly and professionally and timely!

Started the pool on Wednesday 7/1 and had the basic installation done in 2 days, due to the 4th of July the inspection to proceed was put off until Monday 7/6, after inspection passed, the concrete and back fill was completed in another 3 days. Pool cleaning took 2 visits?and we were in the pool. Called them back to price landscaping and ideas and within 2 days the landscaping was completed.

After much research and price shopping, we decided to go into contract with Carolina Creations to install our pool project. Carolina Creations offered us the most professional and thorough design plan. Addressing all of our questions and concerns in advance. We had some water issues that were remedied with careful consideration by Art Miller and his team of professional installers, redirecting all of the water from our roof to the front yard swail. The outcome of the project is better than we could have imagined. The team was prompt and always took the time to answer any questions I had. You may find a cheaper installer but you wont get the professional and knowledgeable experience that we got with Carolina Creations and Art Millers team! We are DELIGHTED!!! [Member name removed]
