Quality of their products is fantastic. Delays are understandable due to weather and dealing with government entities however communication as to what was happening was rare without calling them directly. Installation was planned to begin in mid June 2016 but due to weather didn't start till August. Pool was completed by early October. Porch was completed by November. Reseeding of areas caused by construction done this spring/summer. Everything looks and operates great. As long as I have the time, I would use this company again. Quality is great and representatives are nice.

The best a person could ask for. They were always on time and completed the pool 2 days ahead of time.

The pictures speak for themselves. Art, Eric, Jordan, and their crews are professional, responsive, and really excellent at what they do. They even went above and beyond, going back to water our newly laid sod while we were out of town. Our next project with Carolina Creations is to install palm trees around our new pool area. Highly recommend.

Not good. I got the quote in a few days but no word back for 10 days. I asked if we were on the schedule and they said not yet but I would here something the next day.. After 2 days I cancelled the job.

Everything went extremely well and the project was finished within budget and on time. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent and we always knew what to expect next. The different supervisors (pool installation, hardscape/landscape, etc) worked as a team making the entire project seem seamless. The work crews always cleaned up at the end of each day, taking great care to leave the site tidy and safe. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result and highly recommend Carolina Creations Pools and Landscape, Inc.

It went very well. CCPL were there when they said they would be and finished the job when they said they would. We are very happy with our new pool It turned out even better than I could have imagined. We had a really good feeling about Art Miller the day he came to our house to discuss the pool and give us an estimate. He was very professional and we knew he knew his business. Art was very good in communicating with us and has always promptly returned our phone calls, text, and emails, unlike another pool company we had reached out to, and this remained so through the entire project of which I have greatly appreciated. Our project manager Eric has been equally as attentive to our needs from start to finish to make sure things flowed along in a timely manner. Eric was also excellent in answering my phone calls and texts and always patiently answered ALL of my many questions, which meant a lot. Couldn't ask for a better team! These guys have been wonderful and we are so happy we chose Carolina Creatiations to install our new pool. We have found them to be very trustworthy and true to their word. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pool or outdoor project. I have heard horror stories from some of my friends and neighbors that have went used other companies but I can honestly say we have had a great experience with Carolina Creations.

It all went well, we had a few small issues with the vendors but they were quickly remedied. Eric took very good care of us.

Great. Had to remove septic lines dug a large hole. Put in plumbing, electricity pool, stamped concrete and a beautiful water feature. They did a terrific job, very punctual...answered questions and concerns.

The pool turned out beautifully! Beyond my expectations even. Art & Eric were very easy to deal with and explained everything I needed to know. They took care of everything from start to finish and we're very responsive when I had questions. They weren't the cheapest price I was quoted but the quality & experience were exceptional & I'm very happy I chose them.

In the process of researching several pool companies, we decided to go with Carolina Creations. From beginning to end, Art Miller and Eric Alderman were very professional and thorough in providing every detail involved in the entire process keeping us informed at all times. The entire crew was excellent which included Brad and Moro for preparation of backyard, the crane from Edwards Crane (John) for lifting pool over house. The concrete around pool and sidewalk done by Jose Concrete Company and irrigation/landscaping by Jeremy, Omar, Lewis and Alberto. Electrical wiring was done by Mr. Sparky. I had a special request for a fountain with a firepit, which was constructed by Doug Hill. If you are looking for an excellent company to install a pool and everything involved in the process, I would highly recommend calling Carolina Creations. All involved in this process were amazing and respectful to us and our property.

Well planned, and went very smoothly. These guys do have it together and it shows everyday with all of their employees. Work ethic punctuality and attitudes.

Carolina Creations did an outstanding job installing a 14' x 30' fiberglass inground pool and the concrete around it. They took our backyard from a space we never used to now a resort style oasis. They had very hard working crews, left the pool in a ready to swim condition, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them for an inground pool!

From the first meeting with builder, and the amount of time he took to survey the property and what they had to work with, I knew this was the company we were going with; nothing at all like other estimates that we received. The work to be done was laid out in detail from start to finish, along with estimated timelines. Even though we had our pool installed during the extremely busy summer months and with some minor weather delays, they actually finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule and we were swimming in our new pool in no time! Every aspect of the project from the dig and pool installation, surrounding concrete pour and stamping, to deck build and final clean up; every member of this team was courteous, professional, and completed superior quality work. We were initially on the fence about installing the deck becasue we thought we could be DIY about it, but I can assure you, we are beyond thrilled with the results and so glad we did it. I recommend Art and Carolina Creations Landscapes without reservation and we'll be looking to them for 'Phase 2' of our project soon! We were extremely pleased - from beginning to end - with all of the employees and sub-contractors involved. All were professional, informative and respectful. Those we spoke with from the beginning kept us updated and responded to our questions within hours.

Purchase and planning process were top notch. All aspects were covered as part of the process. No surprises. The team was first rate from the start to finish. Pool installation was on schedule as promised. The concrete decking with "cool" concrete finish is beautiful and worth the extra cost. The semi private fence installation was first rate. Would highly recommend the Carolina creations team. Of the three bids we obtained they were by far the most professional. This project at our Holden Beach beach house was first rate.

Everything was done as we expected and in many cases better than we expected. We had a special request that our neighbors property not be encroached and this was respected to the extreme. The workmanship and responsiveness was exceptional.

I hired Carolina Creations for weekly lawn service for my elderly dad and they have been fantastic. I had 2 other lawn services prior to Carolina Creations and they were not reliable. I love they are full service.
