Description of Work: Excellent company to work with. They respond immediately to any inquiry, they take great care and pride in their work, and everyone is very pleasant. They have been my landscapers for nearly 3 years and I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. I've recommended them to several friends and everyone agrees they're the best.

Description of Work: Came out to give take a look so I could get an estimate for landscaping. Never called me back. i called them twice and left a message. No one ever caled me back.

Description of Work: We searched and searched for a landscape company that could design our Oasis. We worked with Calen who listened and delivered. He was professional, knowledgable and full of great ideas! The project Manager, Jason, spent a great deal of time placing plants and trees to complement our home. Not to forget their hardworking staff. They worked hard all the time. Jason actually showed us how to hook up our pot scapes. One of the things I liked most was ...Calen wanted to use our soil and surroundings vice others who wanted us to spend to add good soil. He felt we needed to use native soil and plants that would survive. The price was right on target with other estimates we had received. The difference is the quality and the fact that it is maintenance free. We highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: This is a very good landscaping firm. To insure top quality service, it employs an account manager system. My account manager responds quickly to requests and provides excellent follow-through. I will renew my contract for the third year; I am extremely satisfied.

Description of Work: I just contacted them to come and give me an estimate to re-sod my yard.They charge $75 for an estimate that will apply to the job if hired. I always try to get 2-3 estimates on a job before I make my decision to hire but I refuse to PAY for an estimate, therefore I will not use them even though they have a Excellent Rating. There are too many free estimates with "A" ratings to pay for one.

Description of Work: Put a new decorative concrete flooring on the front and back porches. The end result is very pretty and we get many compliments on it. Contracting time hit a very rainy period and with outside work required, it was difficult to do with other jobs backing up also. I believe that he is quite good at his craft and did an incredible job of matching colors with the bricks. | | |

Description of Work: Carolina Creations installed an 38x16x7' swimming pool in my back yard. They performed service and installation on timely basis and kept me informed throughout the process. The pool was installed in March 2015 a week later than planned because of weather conditions. Because of the extremely cold weather there was an issue with wax not adhering to pool properly resulting in large white spots on blue pool. This was not corrected until May when the temperature was above 75 degrees. The manufacture was responsible for that condition. Though Art Miller, owner of Carolina Creations, assured me that it would be corrected I was unsure. Even though I had signed off on their installation Art did not require full payment until I was satisfied. Art told me he had no unsatisfied customer and that I would not be his first. Art Miller was professional and understanding throughout the process as was his crew. We initially agreed to pool installation in October and needed to sign contract to receive a discount on pool upgrade. However an emergency took us out of state until November yet Art honored the commitment of upgrade even though we did not sign contract until November. Art was patient as we chose the concrete and tile providing us options and taking us to completed sites so we could see the end result. There were other companies that would have installed pool for less but I chose Carolina Creations because I felt comfortable with Art and believed he had integrity. He proved that he did. I would recommend Carolina Creations and would use them in future.
