+ 0 moreWe have had very good customer service when we had problems with our internet with them. When my husband called them with the internet problem, we couldn’t online and so we left a message. They called back the next day to see if the problem had been fixed. I think we called them on a holiday or something. We didn’t have to call them again; they called back on their own. They have knowledgeable customer service representative who were really interested in service. The service was free of charge because we pay them on a monthly basis for the internet.
Description of Work: ATMC – Shallotte is our telephone and internet provider. I used them about a week ago for some internet problem.
