Everything went very well on this most recent job. They did an excellent job on the plumbing and coordinated with the other contractors (for example the carpenters) very. well. We have worked with First LIne for over eight years. They have done jobs in the house and under the house as well as jobs related to the farm well and plumbing. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. The charges are always very reasonable. The people they send are clean cut, polite and knowledgeable. In other words, very professional. On two occasions there was a problem with parts. Both times they worked with us to get replacements on a warranty basis at no cost. The one problem was with a pump and the problem was intermittent, the most difficult kind to solve. They made multiple visits to figure this out without hesitation. They got the factory rep out to the farm for us and the result was agreement that the pump was defective and so we had a replacement installed at no cost. First Line has worked with us on a flexible basis. They have enabled me to do some projects on my own by providing me with information, parts and even loaner tools. On one big job installing multiple cattle drinkers I worked along with the crew to keep the cost down. The rest of the jobs they did on their own. So overall the service they have provided to us could not be better. If all companies were like First Line you wouldn't need Angie's List.

I called First Line Plumbing in the morning and explained my situation to Wayne. I had electric up to my well but no water. He had guys doing a job near by, where nobody was residing, so he pulled the guys from this job and sent them to my home. After a brief explanation to the workers and showing them where everything was, they got started with the trouble shooting. My pump was bad and so was my water pressure tank. They told Wayne the situation and then he spoke to me. After given the estimate and reaching an agreement he had me give the guys the go ahead to begin the work. We replaced the pump, 250 foot of pipe for both the water and the electric (piped separately to help stop the wires from rubbing through at any point), a new tank and I had an inline filter installed also. Everything was done professionally, the guys were respectful, listened to my concerns and finished in less time then what I had expected it to take. Overall the experience was great,considering my situation, and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone and will be using them again in the future.
