Did not perform painting job as agreed: paint walls in townhouse, one coat of paint matching existing color on walls, 5 gals paint extra cost, 5 door panels extra cost. Work poorly done with patch-work streaks of paint on some walls where one can see original paint above and below; no new paint on most walls; cobwebs in corners indicate no prep or paint done. Would not produce receipt of paint purchase showing 5 gals of paint bought. Recommend written contract of work to be done, agreed to by customer and painter as well as accurate, detailed receipt before pay for job. In many years of hiring contractors for misc. jobs at our home or rentals we own, this is most egregious example of poor performance for set payment which he took. While subsequently cleaning rental for next tenant, we found how bad the painting job was.

Took the time to explore options with me and develop a plan that addressed all the outcomes I wanted. Made suggestions based on what I wanted not based on what they could sell. I would recommend to anyone wanting an excellent, quality product at the end of your renovation.

This was an integrate process, to repair 1/2 pf a small bathroom ceiling. it required three or four return trips. The result is gratifying.

I hired Anthony to complete a huge doublewide mobile home renovation. With just one assistant in 30 days he completed numerous projects. He installed hardwood floors, custom made and installed faux marble kitchen counter tops, painted the entire interior of my home, completed drywall repairs, installed exterior skirting, repaired damaged siding, took down a wall, installed my kitchen appliances and plumbing, and dug my home's footers. He passed all county inspections! Note: Usually a contractor's wife is the person that receives the worse service - the mechanic's wife's car doesn't work, the shoemaker's kids have no shoes etc. but even though I had to kidnap my husband to work exclusively on our house for 30 days, I would do it again.
