Not only are we great fabricators of natural stone and quartz countertops, we are also environmentally conscious. We proudly recycle 94% of the water we use in our plant and re-purpose much of our waste materials. As a customer, you'll be glad to know that all of our technicians have passed an extensive criminal background check and all of our jobs carry a one million dollar insurance bond. Our seasoned installation crews and office personnel have been with us an average of 9 years. They know the trade and can satisfy your most demanding projects. World Stone in Sanford did a great job on our quartz countertops. They had a great price- nearly a grand cheaper than their competitor. Jamie was my sales rep and answered all my questions over the phone. Jesse showed me all the quartz options (there was a ton in stock) and she helped me narrow my selection down to two slabs. She had an employee pull both slabs styles with a crane and we found the one we loved. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and the experience. I was in a rush and World Stone was very accommodating to my tight schedule. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to support a local business that supplies a quality product at a very reasonable price!
Description of Work: After selecting the quartz countertops we loved. I filled out a customer data sheet with my info and Jamie reserved the two slabs we selected. I dropped a check off Monday morning and Denice scheduled my template appointment. Two days later Tyler showed up at the house with a fancy laser and tablet to scan the room and counters and build a digital template. The following week I got an email from Rhys with the quartz layout and final design for my approval. I approved the cut layout and Rhys got me scheduled for 2-3 days later on a Friday (exactly 2 weeks from my first contact). Juan and a coworker showed up to install the countertops early. They installed and cleaned both quartz countertops and left with them looking perfect.

The service we received was great. From initial point of contact to install it was just over one week. From the sales rep,Randy, to the installation crew everyone was courteous and professional. We would highly recommend them to anyone interested in granite.
