Description of Work: I have used this provider before and they did a fine job, but more recently I required service and they were unresponsive. I have have attempted to contact this company on several occasions most recently for emergency service with a door that was stuck midway with broken cables and springs. I always get their answering machine never a person and frequently the answering machine is full and will not accept a message. On the latest occasion we left a message and the call was never returned. I'll find another provider.

+ -1 moreCannot praise this company enough. It was the second time we used them. We have two garage doors. In both cases we called them and they came out within a few hours, fixed our problem and charged us a very reasonable fee. Would recommend them highly. They did such a good job that I decided to put my experience on your list. You don't encounter such good service often anymore.
Description of Work: Fixed our garage door.

+ -1 moreWe contacted the company and were told that they would be in our area that afternoon and would give us a call. We never received a call that day. We continued to try to reach them for 30 days only to reach voicemail or a full mailbox. We finally joined Angies List and found someone that was prompt and reliable.
Description of Work: No services were performed.
