 + 0 moreDavid began the job on Monday morning and worked half days through Saturday. David also does janitorial work after hours for Episcopal Day School in Southern Pines every day. His work was meticulous and his work ethic is very strong. I asked him to redo a small part of the side porch that he had painted white but I preferred gray. This was handled promptly and happily. All left over materials were disposed of as expected and he left our house in excellent condition.
Description of Work: Scraped, prepped and painted front steps of our house (gray). Replaced old boards, prepped and painted front porch floor (gray...front porch is the same width as house). Painted spindles and railings (white). Prepped and painted side porch floor and steps (gray). Painted railings and spindles (white). Prepped and painted bedroom (approx 12'/15') and trim. Prepped and painted bathroom (approx 8'/10') and trim. Prepping in the bathroom required filling gaps left from stripping old wallpaper off the walls. Installed new light fixture in bathroom.
