Premium Express Cleaning is the best! I can’t thank the crew enough for how wonderfully they clean our home. They are very thorough in all tasks and everything looks sparkling and brand new whenever they’re finished, including my flat top stove and shower door! Freddy Aguilar was extremely professional and did a great job at my place. The team did not rush with their cleaning which I appreciate as they addressed every corner of the house. My townhome has tiles and it is always challenging to find someone who would scrub the floor and not just mop. Freddy offered to bring his scrubber and took care of living room and kitchen. House is spotless and it doesn't smell of chemicals. Would definately recommend as they are flexible with hours and came to my rescue in 24 hours.

Excellent. The first time they came, the owner and his staff of 3 came in and cleaned the house from top to bottom. They continue to come to my house every month and do an excellent job. If I need something extra cleaned, they listen and it is taken care of. They are always on time and I love the way the house smells and looks when they leave. We have 3 dogs and lots of hair - they get all of it cleaned. Best cleaners I have found in the 4 years we have lived here

Since the owner begged for a review after the first time I should have been leery of their ability to meet consistent expectations. However after 6 months of weekly cleaning I think I can comment accurately on their abilities or lack of abilities. They are not detail oriented, rush to get things done, are not trustworthy, don't accept feedback well, and the owner is unprofessional with communicating changes in times or even when they are not coming due to weather or even terminating services. Since the house is already immaculate it means that missed areas/rooms really stand out. I would go behind them and point out a trashcan that was in a room that was not highly utilized still had trash in it or an underutilized bathroom toilet still had toilet tissue in it from several days ago. Hence they were SKIPPING areas. Numerous times right after the crew left, I contacted the owner to show pictures of sinks still with toothpaste in it after supposedly being cleaned, stained counters, crumbs on the floor after sweeping and supposedly vacuuming, and just overall concern that the crew was rushing to get to the next house (They went from 3.25 hours down to 2.5 hrs of time over the 6 months - so how can you possibly do the same amount of work in less time with the same number of people). They even broke a bathroom mirror lightbulb and didn't admit it until it was pointed out to them. Once they dented hardwood with my vacuum cleaner by slamming it down on the floor purposely because the worker was frustrated that it was pointed out to her that an area was not cleaned well. Overall the owner doesn't communicate well about staffing issues/changes and the staff is LAZY. Over my 10 years of dealing with various cleaning companies this is by far the worse I have encountered. Skip this company and go to the next one on the list.

We have been using this service for a couple of months and we are definitely happy. It is intimidating for a new service to come in and clean a large home that has been professionally cleaned for years. However this company had no problem taking instruction and using the products that we prefer. They also are capable of working around adults who work in the home and a newborn baby. They are very kind and are willing to take feedback. They move quickly and have a good level of attention to detail. overall I think they are a very good service especially with a fair rate. It should be noted that they were able to quote me a price over the phone without seeing the home and it was the exact amount that the cleaners who had done it for years had been charging so this shows that they really understand the business.

The crew was very professional yet very personable. They performed every task I asked of them with great care and attention to detail. They were very efficient & finished in the time frame they quoted to me. The house smelled, looked & felt so fresh & clean. The products were green & safe for my pets.
