Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. Now we can confidently put money into new washer instead of spending lots on repair for an old one.

Excellent-he even repaired my stove at no cost because he told me it was a safety hazard.

The experience was really great. The technician was very clear with his instructions and was able to follow the repairs as I did them. The only issue was with the initial setup of the video chat. But otherwise an incredible experience that I will definitely be using again. saved a boat load of money and I learned something!

In the end I decided not to do the repairs, but that was due to my own concerns about making the problem worse and the fact that it turned out to be rather minor. I did like that I wasn't pressured into doing more than I was comfortable doing.

Great... this service is awesome saved me at least $300. Harmond was my tech he was so patient with me and helped tremendously.

I just spoke on the phone with Matt and have not yet scheduled an appointment. He was very nice and tried to be helpful with suggestions on what to do. My issue is better for now, but if I have a recurrence, I will certainly call Matt.

The technician walked me through diagnosing the problem and resetting the fridge. We are waiting to see if resetting the system solves the problem. The whole session lasted just under 45 minutes.

Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed.

I used the Neli service, where the tech connects with you via video chat and then walks you through troubleshooting and repair. I’m pretty handy so this seemed like a route that would work for me. Once we got connected we got right to work and figured out what the issue was and how to repair it. I had to run to hardware store to get the correct tool to make the fix, but Bob, the tech I worked with, left me detailed instructions and with the right tool, I was then able to make the fix and reassemble the range. It works like a charm!!

Great! We had a one hour virtual appointment to diagnose the problem with our dryer, James emailed us the part number to allow us to shop around and get it at a good price, and walked us through how we would install it once it arrives. He was knowledgeable, kind and very helpful.

I specifically request freezer repair, but the man who was sent was not qualified to handle refrigerant. How could he possibly be qualified to repair a freezer, unless it was something simple like plugging it in? He actually said he was just more of a handyman, not a repair person. He checked the voltage or something and then said we should call another repair company like Sears. And for this we paid about $190 dollars. Sears was actually cheaper! I want a refund!

Had to go through the process several times but it worked as it was supposed to. Machine works like new again.

Very well! The registration/sign-in process was a little challenging at first, but I was able to log into my scheduled session within a few minutes. The technician, Robert, was friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgable. We went through several diagnostic steps. Within 15 minutes, Robert was able to identify the source of the problem; while we were still on the call, he determined which part was needed and sent me the part number--along with several options for sourcing--via email. I ordered the part after our call and, thanks to Robert's tips, was able to install it myself when it arrived.

It went great. I am not very skilled at doing my own repairs, but this was very doable. Also very convenient. I would use this service again even after the pandemic..
