Harmond was very knowledgeable and understood this model. He looked at the situation and found that a service bulletin was issued for this model, which three previous repair in-person repair technicians had not told me about. He diagnosed the problem as requiring a new kit to replace the main PCB control board and the display board. He gave me the OEM part number. I highly recommend Neli Virtual Appliance Repair, my first virtual repair experience. Cost $35. I would do it again. Took 15-20 minutes to install app and pay at start of appt.

A company spokesman telephoned on 12 February and promised that repairmen would arrive between 9:30-11:00 AM on Tuesday 16 February. No one from the company has arrived or otherwise contacted me during the past 15 days so I shall find another service provider.

High cost to repair. Not worth the value of the refrigerator.

Talked to me via video chat - I was able to show him the dishwasher and the issue it was having. He told me where to look underneath to find the part that needs replacement and when I was looking at it with my phone camera he circled it on screen to confirm which one it was. Told me what to get and how to replace it once I received it. Very efficient and was able to talk to him same day as problem occurred for the same price.

The service worked exactly as advertised. My virtual consultation was with Harmond and he was great. He talked me through how the LED lighting system works in these refrigerators, how to purchase the light(s) and how to replace them. It would have cost me $100 just to have a service tech come to my house and even more to fix the issue. For $35 I found it to be a relatively simple repair that I can do myself.

He called to reschedule on the same day. Then he repeatedly contacted my husband to inquire about the problem and then asked him to pick up parts for the problem. It was so unprofessional and we canceled him even though he tried to say he did the repair on your end so we were charged for the repair even though he rescheduled. Your service said no charges would be pushed through until the repair was complete and you charged us even though he never came. Total hassle and waste of time.

Diagnose and repair icemaker for LG refrigerator. Great! Would definitely hire again. Quick And efficient, took only a couple of days to order and replace unit. Had ice within an hours. 5 plus Stars.

Chris talked me through steps to repair problem. He was fantastic and the dishwasher is working and this service probably saved me a lot of money!

It went well. I knew that there was a possibility that the microwave could not be repaired, but that's what I wanted to find out for sure. The repairman that I spoke to (Thomas, I believe) was very helpful and explained the likely problem and that because of the age of the microwave, it would be very difficult to find the parts. Conclusion was that it would be best to proceed with replacing the microwave.

It went really well. He was very patient, and explained and showed to us everything we needed to do. Unfortunately, the freezer could not be fixed, but he was happy to answer a few questions about refrigerator brands for us.

Great! Harmond answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. We were able to quickly find the problem and Harmond was able to search for what parts would be needed to fix. It turns out the part and model are discontinued. This was expressed in the follow-up email that I provided to my home warranty company.

Not good the repairman came and looked at the fridge and then he pulled it out from the wall and said I don’t know anything about this unit and he billed me 75:00 dollars and didn’t do anything to help me.
