I used their service at my workplace to fix one of our Frigidaire freezers that wasn't freezing. We have a large inventory of frozen seafood that has to be kept at a regulated temperature and we needed and immediate fix, especially as we couldn't really wait for a replacement freezer and risk losing all our inventory. When I started the chat, the technician I worked with was immediately able to help me identify the malfunctioning part and just as easliy linked me to where I could order it- for only $10! After installing the part our freezer has been working perfectly, and it only took $35 to fix it- that's including the cost of Tin Lizzee's service and the cost of the part! They were super great to work with with great customer service too. Would highly recommend their service if you need appliance repair of any kind!

This company was set up to save you money. They work with you to determine what is wrong with your appliance over the telephone and let you know what part you need to replace. Then they let you know where you can purchase the part and assist you in repairing the product yourself again over the telephone or you can hire a repair company to replace the part.

Flate was great. He walked me through troubleshooting and testing which was great. The only problem was that my repair was more complicated than I wanted to take on so I decided to call in a professional to complete the repair. No fault of the technician. I would use them again for a future repair.
