Excellent, the tech was able to access and direct in fixing the problem immediately. The problem occurred on a Sunday, thought I would lose all my food or have to buy a new refrigerator. We have it fixed in no time!!!

unfortunately, we decided it was the transformer, so too expensive to replace.

First family. Did no commute well. One day he did not show up, The next day he was an one and half hour late. He did a good job and was fair pricing.

It was excellent, he was there early. John was incredibly knowledgeable, he was able to describe the problem and once I told him a couple, of things he knew exactly what is the problem and how to fix it and how much would it cost. He was very professional, very easy to work with, a very good representative of his company.

I was dubious about the business model, but it went great. I was given sufficient instruction to remove the top of the dryer, and the broken dryer drum belt was apparent on examination. Richard sent me the part number, and I placed the order immediately. He had some encouragement for the repair phase, should I need their help. This is a great application of a knowledgeable technician virtually looking over your shoulder to let you know what to look for. I still have my doubts about a complicated repair, but I'll bet the majority of them are a relatively simple part replacement. I'll be back if the need arises.

Exhausted possibilities of a problem with the tech. He saw no problem, but concluded our talk with no parts replaced.

Great! After googling, outsourcing, YouTubing, it was time to find a professional to fix the dishwasher before Thanksgiving! I found this site by a fluke and was able to get the problem fixed in less than an hour! Thomas was not condescending in the slightest that I was a female fixing it either!

It went very well. John S. from nelihome asked questions about the problem and arrived at a decision that the timer was failing. He gave me the part number for the replacement and a suggestion for a couple of sources. I bought the part, put it in, and the machine is cycling now on a test run. Seems to have done the trick.

I had blown off microwave fuse multiple times. Thomas was great and diagnosed the problem of monitor switch right away. He also directed me where I can get new parts. Highly recommended.

This is a broker who walks you through doing it yourself. If I wanted to do it myself I wouldn’t be on Angies list!

I used Tin Lizzee to diagnosis my refrigerator. John S. was very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing the problem. Lucky for us it was a minor repair. This is a wonderful service that was quick and efficient and affordable. Unlike the other place that I called that wanted to charge me $89-129 for a diagnostic and could not come out until about 2 weeks later. I definitely will use Tin Lizzee again for future appliance issues. I will tell all my friends and family about this service also. Thank you John S and Tin Lizzee for such wonderful customer service.

Tech was helpful and friendly and was able to diagnose the most probable cause of the issue. Docked a point for quality only because cell phone reception was a bit spotty, at times either party were cutting in and out and couldn't hear each other. Not sure whose end it was. Video chat didn't work on my phone (Android/Chrome) but we were able to get it to work on another phone (iPhone/Safari).

I had to have a new ice maker kit and a defrost sensor and drain kit to repair the refrigerator. Refrigerator and ice maker works perfect now. I will always call Mr. Appliance of Joplin if I need a repairman for an appliance. I certainly will NOT call the repairman in Monett MO that I waited a year on to get parts. Mr. Appliance has a very skilled repairman on their staff. The service charge is eliminated if the repair is made. They are very professional and friendly and prompt!!! I will also always check Angie's List for referrals in the future.
