Sent a text out Sunday morning and phone call within 15 minutes. Rudy was at our home within 1 1/2 and diagnosed the problem, he ordered a part and returned on Wednesday and completed the project. Received a call from a customer service rep who gave me the information on how to schedule an appointment for a service call with a technician. She told me it would be a $35 fee for them to guide me through the repair.

I've got same info I could get for free on Youtube. 'John', the virtual tech sounded professional but nothing special. At the end of the "chat" he confirmed what I was sure 90% to replace the thermostat and... recommended the wrong part from a different brand. i may be wrong but just reading about what the site offers I had the impression that a "tech" will go with you, step by step, on how to replace a part or fix a problem, all included in the same fe. Looks like I was wrong....

It went very well! Richard was my technician and is very experienced. He walked me through the diagnostic menu and we determined what the problem was. Part is on order and will be installed soon. I highly recommend Neli Virtual Appliance Repair.

Excellent. I am not a savvy when it comes to phone chatting and I don't have an upgraded device. Thomas was able to teach me as we went so he could get the information needed. It was also a quite a savings NOT to have a serviceman come into our home.

Turned out that the fix was simple -- but we wouldn't have known what to do without advice from the technician. Really appreciate the service and expertise! Only complaint was that the tech took unnecessary time asking about products we use in the dishwasher. We have no complaints about the quality of washing and drying we are getting, and we're committed to using products that don't scratch or perfume our dishes or harm the water supply. Technician asked what we use and told us to "throw that away" and use recommended products. I can understand that certain products are recommended with certain makes of appliances -- but it would have taken 20 seconds to tell us what the recommended products are without having our choices criticized. Overall, we were thrilled to be able to get sound advice/help over the phone. Thank you for offering this service! And we will definitely call again if we run into trouble.

I set up the appointment but I found out that I lost my job and so I cancelled the appointment. I hope to find another job someday but the oven is still needing repair.

I cannot be happier with our experience with Neli. I called and spoke with a really nice lady who set up my appointment the same day. She explained how they work and followed-up with a very informative email. John S. (the tech) was very knowledgeable, very nice, and listened to our questions. He knew exactly how to help and diagnosis our refrigerator issue. He followed up with an email of the parts necessary to fix our fridge, link to purchase the parts (that he price compared for us), and additional helpful tips to avoid future issues. I would highly recommend Neli and I would call them again if I need assistance in the future!

This Company offers what I would consider to be the next wave of Customer Service to save consumers lots of money. They are a Virtual Repair Shop. The concept is brilliant in my opinion. For a small fee, you will be put in touch with a Service Technician via video chat who will go over your item and it's issues with you. Once this has been done, parts will be located, and then the tech will walk you through the entire procedure to repair your item. No travel fees, no waiting times and the savings is/can be immense... Sadly I am unable to perform many physical activities, but I would have taken them up on this in a second... Any one that is even partially mechanically inclined and able to follow simple instructions, should give these guys a try... Neli Virtual Appliance Repair is the next wave to take the service industry by storm. Ron Mason

I didn’t use your service because I simply wanted to know someone local who could fix my refrigerator. Instead I was sent to some “virtual” repair place who would diagnose my problem for $35. I know what the problem is and finally just called the 800 number of the manufacturer. They are taking care of it, and a local repair person will come tomorrow.

Excellent! I have used this service for two of my appliances now and it is my go to company. Mary and Katherine are very helpful and Tom and John the technicians I spoke with were patient and experienced and I fixed my Washing Machine myself and saved LOTS of $$$$.
