It went well as far as I am concerned. Although the bearing was not replaced (estimated cost was about $350.00-400.00 with parts and labor) the repair men gave me a good option of waiting for the bearing to totally degrade (as long as I didn't mind the increasing noise of the bearing wearing out) before buying a new clothes washer for $500.00-850.00. My cost for the "look and assess" was $75.00. Good value with good choices to consider. I'll eventually buy a new washer but this gives me the time to find a good value. Pleased!

I Did NOT use the online advisor you recommended because I needed someone who could fix the refrigerator-not diagnose it. I used a company located in Dawson Georgia. The company name is Radio &Appliance repair. They were very nice, very professional, and did a great job. I will use them for all my repiar needs in the future. They also worked with me to get the labor covered.

Diagnosed fatal problem on 20 plus year old dryer. Decided not to repair, opting to replace dryer instead. I was satisfied with all aspects of the service call.

after diagnosing the dishwasher, determined it was a clogged drain. cleared the drain, chatted for awhile and completed the service

John was very professional and made sure to break down what he was explaining. We joined the chat a little early and he didn’t make us wait since he was ready as well. It was a quick and easy fix. Definitely worth it! And the price was right too!

The local repairman did a great job

He was extremely knowledgeable of the issues. I didn’t get the news I would’ve liked to have heard, but I’m m so glad he was able to tell me what was wrong.

Sometimes the connection was staticky. John S was helpful with troubleshooting and giving the right OEM part numbers. Will decide to purchase the parts or buy new machine. The cost of the parts 2 ea. Circuit boards $245.00 plus 9.00 shipping. One for one replacement, plug n play.

Did not go as I expected Chris seemed to be tired or bored and it seemed like he was using a cheat sheet? bottom line his recommendation was incorrect.

Company is not in the state where I live. Recommended even after I put in my zip code.

He tried to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately tje video link wasnt working so he couldnt see what was happening. He tried but the end result is i need a new washer

Incredible, I explained to the tech what was wrong and in 2 minutes he told me the issue and how to fix. The drain plug was iced over and water could not get to drip pan. I used a syringe with hot water to clear the ice and no more water on the floor. Very easy

It was a good experience for our first virtual/video service.

Everything was great except that I did not get complete information on installation.

Chris figured out the problem and talked me through how to clear the code. He stayed on the phone with me to make sure it started up on a few cycles without throwing the E24 code. Chris was very informative.

It went well. Repairman seem to know what he was doing, and accomplished it quickly.

Turns out I fixed problem by taking apart and putting back together, but John was excellent and describing all that happened and said if noise came back I could simply call. Real patient and real professional! I will use them again for repairs in the future without a doubt.

Once I found out that this service was virtual repair only I didn't contact this site.
