Good so far. Josh diagnosed a few areas of potential trouble, then proceeded to walk me through a few options. We eventually found the issue and i am awaiting the part now. Hopefully this works out, but will definitely give this a try on any other issues/appliances we may have problems with! Thank you! Jace

It went great! The rep (John S) was very informative and walked me through several troubleshooting steps to find my conclusion. It looks like I need a new fridge (vs very costly repair), but Neli is incredible; such modern service!

Excellent. Tech was extremely helpful. Narrowed the problem down to two possibilities and identified the parts needed to repair them.

It was horrible. The tech couldn't get the video to work. He was rude about me not understanding and not having the correct tools on hand. He was telling me it was okay to ruin certain parts pulling them out, because they were only for decoration. Any "conclusion" he came to about my refrigerator included throwing it away. He did absolutely nothing to help me try and fix it, he just called it trash and said it was impossible to fix. I was so frustrated and so disappointed.

excellent :) They virtually helped my wife take apart of our dryer and find the belt to find out if that was the problem and it was! we bought another belt locally and with their help she was able to install the belt and put our dryer back together

Chris C was very knowledgeable, patient, professional, and friendly. The only thing that could have made it better is if we had checked the motor board for scorch marks during the first call, rather then trying out central control board replacement. That would have saved a couple of weeks. But I learned an awful lot from Chris that i would have never learned on my own. It was well worth the money.

No resolution. This was only very general support not his area of expertise though he tried. Still have a broken oven. The part number he sent was wrong off by one number but I fixed...

Did not use them. They didnt try to schedule for a month when I finally found out it would cost at least $900. There was no service guy even here to look at appliance

The technician helped me correct the door gasket installation I did on my own and pointed out another part that could fix the leak. The old part was warped but the dishwasher still leaks after the replacement of both deflectors. He was very helpful but unfortunately I need another service call.

Awesome. They help me repair the washing machine through the phone. They are that good, they can listen through the phone to help me repair it. I would recommended them to my friends and family. Reasonable price.

Pedro walked me through what to look for (since my phone couldn't get video) and then gave me the appropriate info for my warranty and the number to call to get the parts and full labor taken care of since it is a bigger project then I am capable of doing. Very grateful for his help during this lockdown from the COVID-19 outbreak. Only thing was the video process that was frustrating.

Never heard from the repair people. Second, it is a little strange to have a Repair service from Sandford NC, Look into a repair job in northern Idaho, Don't you think? I cannot even evaluate this company so it is not their fault. I did my own research and found the problem and repaired it myself. Not bad for a Physicians Assistant!

Our call with Pedro went as smooth as it could go. My husband it typically handy, but just couldn't figure out the problem on our washing machine. This call worked out great because we weren't replacing several parts trying to figure it out. Pedro was able to narrow it down as he walked me through tests as he watched the results through our video.

I set an appointment and then waited. After 10 minutes I went to chat link and went to the website but then responded to email to create a session. The tech called and wanted to be on landline now because the reception in my area is bad so I missed the technicians call. I call now and it asks to press the number for what and names are given in the directory and there is no receptionist to answer the call and connect. It takes the technician to message twice to get his extension number. So they use this app and the tech can move the cursor showing me couple of items that needs to be replaced. The tech offers the part number but no advice on whether these are the only defects the fridge has. So I ask him if he thinks I should spend 120 dollars to buy two parts that might not completely fix the machine vs buying a new fridge for like $260. He makes the two parts and their numbers into an email and sends it over. He recommends buying from distributors but not ebay. I disagree on this because he thinks ebay sellers don't offer return and I'm all into buying ebay right now. For $30 its worth it and I'll do it again.

It went well. The serviceman was very up front that the repair was more expensive than the machine was worth.
