Scott T. was a HUGE help and had very practical knowledge regarding my product and the problem. This may be a warranty issue but the next step is to contact Frigidaire directly.

Determined that it was not the pump but possibly the control board. This will help us in determining if it is cost-effective to repair the dishwasher or buy a new one.

Unfortunately I will need to have someone come in and do the repair because it is part of closed refrigerant system. We used a new app that they had not used before so there was a little to get it working correctly however, once we got it to work, everything went great. Scott was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. To use this service you need to have a few tools and be willing to do the work but the price can't be beat and the service I received from Scott couldn't have been better.

It was a virtual session, and we spent the majority of the time trying to figure out how to get the video chat to work. Several not very reassuring comments were made such as "looks like a regular stove, should be working". These comments do not make me very confident in his diagnosis or the recommendation to fix it.

The guy was ignorant about the two refrigerators. He was rude and slammed the door when he left. the whole building was shaking! People like that destroy your reputation. WKR

THIS VENDOR NEVER RESPONDED TO THE INQUIRY. IF YOU CAN'T RESPOND TO THE INQUIRY, THEN WHY WOULD I EXPECT A DEPENDABLE RESPONSE FOR SERVICE.

Excellent- even though I didn’t provide the correct part number prior to the appointment, Scott was able to troubleshoot and help us narrow down the possible issues. We were hesitant to use a video chat for repair work, but Scott was very knowledgeable, communicated well, and provided expert advice. We will not hesitate to use these services again.
