Great. Technician was knowledgeable and gave us a probably diagnosis as to the cause of the problem. He also gave us information about contacting a Whilpool service provider to complete the repairs.

It was challenging to get the machine into the diagnostic mode but Wally eventually figured it out and determined the corrective action.

Perfect. Jimmy was excellent on the phone/chat, despite some technical difficulties on both ends. He was thorough, precise, and filled me in on all of the details with this machine. I’m so thrilled with his service and I’m rapidly on my way to fixing my ice box.

I refuse to pay money for someone to tell me OVER THE PHONE how to fix a refrigerator. I ended up using a LIVE person/company. I actually need to replace the ice-maker. There's no way in high heaven or **** that this company could have assisted with this. It's for the birds and milenials, not for serious home-owners.

I hadn't seen the setup email, as we were waiting by the washing machine for a phone call/video link. Michael K called us and we ended up using facetime. He was extremely patient with us and quite knowledgeable. Ended up being bad lid locking mechanism for which he gave us a part # and prices at several web sites. We can contact him again if need part replacement assistance. Excellent and pleasant gentleman. Would use again.

Virtual is the way to go.! I made the appointment for the same afternoon and only paid 35 bucks! Turns out it was the lock switch for the lid. He gave me the part number and I got it on Amazon for less than $30 with free shipping. Looks like an easy installation.

It was a great, efficient session at a good value. The tech (Jimmy D) got right to the problem, helped me understand my warranty options and explained how to get the replacement parts. It was faster than waiting for a repair tech to come to my house, cheaper, and conveniently low COVID exposure.

I did not not get done. This was a "virtual" repair company. I would call them by phone and they would "talk me through" repairing my refrigerator. Which is laughable. If I was capable of repairing it, I would not have looked for a repair company. It was a waste of a referral.

Walked through a diagnosis with Michael K, the service tech over a mobile video chat. He diagnosed a couple of issues it might be. Fortunately, it was the easier issue which turned out to simply run a couple of cycles with one of the dishwasher cleaning products. It cleared up whatever was causing the reduced pressure which prevented any of the dishes on the top rack from getting cleaned. Saved me a lot of money to get a tech out. Only cost $35.

It went EXTREMELY WELL. I cannot tell you how HAPPY I AM with Jimmy D's help. I am able to get my refrigerator repaired in a matter of days, and the cost to repair it (with parts and labor) is minimal. Woo-HOO!

Wally was able to explain the problem, and that it would not be feasible to repair. Although we didn’t get the unit repaired, I do know not to waste money getting a repair tech out to the house.

I used them because they were available the next day. They gave me the confidence even to start. A fan had to be replaced, in the process of accessing it I broke a few minor attachments...but nothing visible and everything was able to be reassembled, We had a hard time finding the fan but found it attached to the panel I removed. Overall the weak link was me! The virtual repairman sent me the part number and a link to purchase it...which ended up being 1/3 the price compared to amazon prime.

Very easy. Met virtually, told him the problem, showed him the frig/freezer and he immediately saw ice build up on the back of my freezer and diagnosed the problem. Sent me the parts to order and will reschedule wants they’re in to have him walk me through installation.

I have not had the service yet as the job has not been competed. I cannot use the virtual service to clean the lint filter of my dryer since there is a long tube that also needs cleaning and needs more equipment.

The problem turned out to be a burned out small electric door switch. I believe the price was way too expensive for the service performed and the price of the door switch. What more can I say? It got done.

Jimmy led me through the steps to check the electrical supply to the dishwasher. The problem was resolved during the call.

Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends.

Diagnosis was accurate. Part number was given so we were able to get it ourselves the same day and immediately make the repair. We were drying clothes that night!
