He was very nice and on time but the price to expensive. I only need the middle of one eye fixed.

This has been my second service call and both service calls went well very professional, and well informed.

Service was good. Oven ended up working on its own.

It went great. He walked me through some checks for possible causes. In the end diagnosed the problem as a bad pump/motor. He gave me the replacement part number to order, and then walked me through the steps for replacing it when I get the part.

Ordered parts to fix. We'll see how it works. Thomas was terrific. Love this service.

This was a unique service that ended up being extremely helpful towards my problem. My side by side fridge/freezer was dropped during a recent house move which rendered the freezer door to not close shut. After calling the moving company to fix the situation, they set me up with Neli to assist in the matter. The virtual technician was wonderful to work with and patient as he guided me to what the problem was and a resolution to fixing it, along with specific part numbers needed for replacement items. This was a great first time virtual technician experience for me after being hesitant towards using it, because I’m not the most mechanically inclined. I would highly recommend this service to anyone based on affordability, ease of use, and knowledgeable assistance.

This is a virtual service, not an actual service provider. if i wanted to attempt to fix it myself, i woyld have looked up a Youtube video

Outstanding. James was patient, thorough, helped me find the problem, and walked me through how to fix it! I spent a total of $35 to fix a problem that I didn't know how to fix. Okay. Saved me money on regular service call.

Michael was patient and very helpful. We suspect the fan is acting up and he said that if it wasn’t, then perhaps there’s a gas leak. We are going to replace the fan first and see if that is all it takes. I really liked doing this virtually, especially during this pandemic.

it went well. Technician asked for a jumper wire and a skinnier screw driver that I had to dig around and fetch. If I had not dropped and broken a part during the call the problem would be fixed. But I am good to go to order that part and install it myself.

Although the part needed isn’t available anywhere, Jimmy was a great tech! Very easy to use service!

Our freezer was not getting cold enough. The Neli technician suggested that we purchase a new defrost thermostat which we installed. It did not fix the problem. He then suggested we purchase a new defrost timer which we did. That didn’t fix the problem either. We are going to buy a new freezer. In theory, this seemed like a good service but it didn’t fix our freezer.

First of all I do not live in NC so I do not know why you keep asking me to review this. I needed refrigerator repair and Angie's list connected me with someone who does yard work. I ended up finding someone on my own. Angie's list was a waste of time.

Harmond W. was awesome! He walked me through diagnosing the problem and then once we had figured out what was wrong he worked with me on how to fix it. My oven had a bad connection on the control board and unfortunately those boards aren't available for my oven anymore. So he walked me through how to look at the board and determine if the relay connection had burned out. Sure enough he had and I was able to solder it and the oven is working again! He saved me about $1,500 on a new oven. Would definitely use this service again.

It was not an easy job at all, but the patience and clear instructions of Wally C. from Neli Virtual Appliance Repair made it possible, and successful. Experience with tools and mechanical assembly required for my tasks, but Wally thought I could do it and he was right. If I couldn't complete the repair, I would have at least been sure of the diagnosis when I engaged a repair service. Money well spent either way. It's a brave new world!
