I used them a couple of months ago and recommended them to my mom. They called quickly to set up an appointment. They were booked out so it took about a week for them to arrive. Where on time, did the job and were gone. Easy, Peasy. Very nice and polite guys who came.

Based on the Home Advisor averages, the cost was a little higher -- but I got my estimate quickly and M.R. Stoner reps were great about working my installation in quickly. They took time to answer my questions about sizing, installation, and the impact of my ridge vent. Since the installation, the unit is quiet and the upstairs is definitely more comfortable on the hot days.

Immediate response by M.R. Stoner office to set up appointment. Electrician arrived on time, performed work, cleaned up, All done with a smile and done professionally. Will definitely call again when needed.
