When it comes to electricity type stuff, I get scared to do anything. The electricians Billy & Mike G came over while my mom was home with no knowledge about electrical work. She told them the problem and while they inspected everything and was fixing it, they showed her the problem areas and made sure she was comfortable and informed about the fix and issues. I appreciate that a lot because there has been other companies in the past that taken advantage of our lack of knowledge about a subject and didn't care if we understood what they were talking about. So thank you Mike G and Billy!!!!

We hired them to replace a ceiling fan and check on another that was not getting power. They were right on time and were both friendly and professional. They went the extra mile in such things as putting booties on the feet of their ladder to protect our floor and taking the newly hung fan apart and redoing it after they realized that something was making a rubbing sound when the fan was running. Very pleased.

Were on time and finished the work quickly and well.

Billy and mike came out and installed an outside light. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. Will be calling this company again for my electrical needs.

Eric and Jose were right on time. Very nice young men. Trouble shot the problem, explained it and quickly handled it. They were very polite and courteous. Home Advisor shared their contact info with me and within in a day the office staff called and lined up the visit. They also called the day before as a reminder. Very polite also. Will have to keep their contact information on file and use again.

The two servicemen arrived promptly, were courteous, worked efficiently and resolved our electrical problem. Also, arranging the job was easy. I recommend them.

They helped me in a pinch, but it was a little disconcerting that I had to pay the "after hours" premium when the electrician arrived at 4:45. I guess its policy, but seems like a bit of a racket. That being said, the electrician was professional and courteous and I appreciate him helping me out on short notice! I'd recommend.

Review Update: Initially I gave this Company a one star review. Through no fault of theirs they purchased a faulty Bathroom vent fan and installed it. It took three trips to my home, troubleshooting, replacing existing duct to finally determine the fan was faulty. On the fourth visit they bought another new fan, installed it and it works great. They did not charge me any additional costs for all the visits to my home and the replacement fan and duct work. My only cost was the initial fee to install the vent fan. This Company are pros, they wanted to do the job correctly and they did not quit until it was. My sincere thanks to Elaine, Sheila, Ryan and the guys for your professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. Thanks guys!
