First this company has many names (steadfast, steadfast construction, steadfast mechanical?? , I spoke with Jared about waste removal but then found out its also construction company. Had appointment set with him to haul junk. I though great , a guy that knows construction too could help me after the storm with a few repairs as well. Then the day before the job he bailed and wanted to send a "partner" with a truck. So much for a first impression or any professionalism and then to top it off he asked that when his partner came if I could pay in cash only. Seriously? I am detailed, like to keep receipts and track of my transactions. What kind of business in 2018 is still refusing credit? And why wouldn't you tell me that in the week that passed before the pick-up day? I called off the job, if willing to treat me that way before you even get to my house then not going to treat me right when they get here.
