Builder did not complete work as contracted. He refused to complete work as noted in the "Punch List". Builder refused to supervise subs and tried to deceive us on such issues as the lack of vapor barrier under the house. Other issues included intentionally landscaping part of a neighboring lot and claiming the survey marker seen was his, improper installation of nearly every door (including the sliding glass door), non-licensed electrical work (his handyman does some of it), improper insulation installation, debris in plumbing, recycled lumber used for the deck. Checking with other buyers, his failure to return calls or follow-up once he goes to closing is a VERY common complaint. Most folks simply give up however....

He is kind, patient, he will help you in any way. We call him for advice and he is tremendously helpful. I would highly recommend him to other members.

sloppy and not workmanlike. has not fixed problems on the punch list or for the new home warranty. price per sq ft was what a high end custom home builder would have charged, but the quality was that of a low end builder.

Builder does not know what he is doing. Sequence of build was wrong - for example the carpets went in before the construction or painting was completed. His handyman does much of the finish work - but, is not very good. None of the interior doors are hung correctly (it appears he does not own a level). I had to fire him from trying to finish the deck as he was a crazy man with a nail gun. I have well over 20 substantial items on the punch list. I took more than 30 days of leave to work on the house - but, they never showed up to fix things after the closing. After a year of working on them I have given up direct contact attempts (they ignore me). I am now pursuing legal options.
