Charlie Sifter returned my initial call promptly and came out the same afternoon to give us a FREE estimate for all the work we wanted to have done. He was very thorough in explaining all the work needed to fulfill our requests and provided great options when we were undecided about certain issues (like how to boost the poor lighting in the kitchen). The work was planned to be done the very next week but we had to postpone a week because some of the light fixtures had to be ordered. Charlie communicated by e-mail and text to give us the very detailed, itemized estimate (allowing us to pick and choose if we decided not to do it all at once) and to verify times and dates for service. He was very prompt and very professional. His work was excellent and we already have a list of things for future work.
