 + -1 moreTwo weeks ago started seeing water over the septic tank. We've been in the house for 3 years and hadn't pumped the tank. No clue if previous owners ever did. Since we have no experience with septic tanks, we went on Angie's List and found Curtis Pace. We contacted him on 1/30/13 and he came the next day and dug the tank and made arrangements to have the tank pumped the day after. I was not aware that he would not do the pumping himself but it worked out all right. I had independently called the company, Septicman, he used to pump our tank and they had quoted me a price of $245 for them to dig the cover and pump the tank. That's exactly what I paid Curtis Pace. So for now the problem has been resolved. Whether there will be a problem with the drain field in the future remains to be seen.

 + 0 moreWas very skilled with his machinery, worked quickly, and left the property as unscared as possible. The extra dirt and tree roots were willingly placed where we suggested and that will help us with future projects.
