I apologize to Mr. [member name removed] for his experience with my company. In my defense, the phone number he called and left a message on is being phased out of use. The only way I knew he called is when I received an email from the phone number with his two voicemails two days after the call. I called immediately, but he was already displeased and had moved on. I have removed this number from most locations so I am not sure where he found it, but will continue to try to remove it so this does not happen again.
