 + -1 moreThe salesman in Asheboro who sold us the mower was very knowledgeable and professional.
Description of Work: We purchased a used zero turn John Deere mower from the store in Asheboro two years ago. They have done routine service on the mower and have made a couple of house calls when I needed them after running over a tree branch accidently and again when I didn't see the 100 foot water hose in the yard until it had wrapped itself around the mower blades. In both cases, the repairs were minor, completed quickly and efficently. The gentleman from Asheboro that does their outside mower repair is just wonderful. I highly recommend them. I'm cannot remember what I actually paid for theservice calls, but it was quite reasonable.

 + -1 moreMy John Deere mower experienced a warranty issue shortly after purchasing it new from James River Equipment. Upon contacting them, they sent a representative to pick up the mower and took it back to their shop. It was returned repaired the same afternoon! Everyone was helpful and did what they said they would. Even though they were very busy and all their technicians were tied up, they still made it happen. I'm impressed!
Description of Work: Mower wouldn't start. Dealer repaired mower as needed under warranty.

 + 0 moreI used the tractor last night and everything is fine. I have had them work on my tractor several times either for routine upkeep, maintenance, or minor repairs like replacing broken belts and the gasoline issue which was no fault of the tractor. It was just old gasoline that had absorbed some water from the air and caused it not want to run at all. Every time I have used them, they have done a great job. I have used them a lot and I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: James River Equipment drained some contaminated fuel out of the carburetor, the fuel lines, and the gas tank of my lawn tractor. They replaced it with fresh gas and checked to make sure that it was running the way it should.
