Horrible experience. I set up an appointment on a Wednesday for the following Tuesday. I called Tuesday morning to confirm the time and no one ever called me back. No one showed up. I called several times Wednesday and finally got someone late in the afternoon. I was informed that long time customers had been put in front of me and they would call back as soon as they spoke with the technician. No one called back. On Thursday I called again and was told to call back Friday morning. No thanks! I would not recommend this company. They don't follow up and don't answer phone calls or return messages!

HVAC went out during the night, and with the temperatures being in the 20's overnight and the daytime high only in the upper 30's, the house was cold. We called Davie Heating and Air and there response was professional and expedient. They took care of us as if we were family. They showed us the exact problem and fixed it without inflating anything. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough about them. Fantastic company, will be doing business again in the future when the need arises.
