The guy that sold us the unit left the company. The follow up with the company was kind of difficult because they weren't sure what he had told us. He had told us some things and they said that's not what normally what we do. Also, we had a humidifier installed along with our heating system and they actually did not set that up so that it came on automatically. A year later they came back and fixed that for us after we realized it was not working. They don't have weekend hours.

Used Davie Heating and Air for about 10 years and always received good service until now. I called in the spring for an air conditioner check up and had to leave a voice mail. Never received a response. Called again and spoke with a man and he said he would call me back as he was in the mountains. Never called. Called again several days later and spoke to the same man and he said they would stop by and would not need anyone home to check the air conditioner and would leave the bill on the door. Never showed or called. Decided to give them one more chance and called to have furnace checked before winter. Left voice mail and a lady returned call and said she would check and see if they could make it this week and get back with me in the morning. Two days later I called as I never received a response and left another message, The lady called back and said that someone would be there on Friday. Waited all day on Friday and called at 3:45pm and she said she would check with him and see where he was and call me right back.. Never heard from either of them. I have referred multiple people to Davie in the past, but now I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I would have understood if they were too busy to make appointments or, but not calling back or showing up is unacceptable.

I like them a lot. I think they're very dependable and reliable. I think they do good work. They respond very quickly. The demeanor of the staff is very positive and friendly.

The people who came out from Davie Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. Company did a good job. They were reasonably priced; it was less than what I had expected. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their service. I was delightfully surprised with the whole experience. I would use them again in the future.
