They have been around for a long time and they are always very good. They are always on time. They have been a really good company for many, many years. I have no complaints with them at all. I've used them for so long that I don't know what anybody else charges.

I have not used Chamberlain before, but decided to try them for my annual pest control. I was very pleased with the service I received. The service technician was scheduled to arrive between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. and arrived promptly at 3:00 p.m. The service technician was very polite, friendly, and professional. He sprayed inside and outside of my home. He did not rush through the service and he answered all of my questions. Since the service was provided today, I cannot speak about whether or not the treatment worked, but I am hopeful that it did. The technician even removed spiderwebs in my garage and around the eaves of my home. I was very impressed with the service I received and will definitely call them in the future.

I like them but I do not like them. They always come on time and I have been using them for a couple of years. I think they are reasonable priced. They always come when they say they are going to come. There is no negative but I have had to call them back a few times after they had come. They have always come back and they always do whatever it is I ask them to do. It has happened a couple of times; they do not get the job done on the first visit. They are well priced. I would continue using their services in the future.

Normally, we do not use exterminators or bug spray in general but our house had suffered from years of neglect when we purchased it last year; mainly, due to several active roof leaks, we had ants in our attic spaces. In addition, the carpenter ants were beginning to move from the tree to our house. We really found Chamberlain to be excellent to work with - it is a family company. When we initially phoned them, they listened to the problems we'd been having, then suggested a service; they gave us a quote ,over the phone, of $150 for a whole house and perimeter treatment. We said yes, and they gave us a date for the service. They showed up when they said they would, and the bill was exactly what they told us it would be. They were clear about what the service would do and their tech was a really nice guy (not weird or creepy). We will have to keep treating the oak tree for carpenter ants, so when early spring rolls around, we will be calling Chamberlain again to treat our tree. The ants have not returned!
