 + -1 moreMr Brown went over and above what was required. He installed a shut off value for our house that is much easier to access than the original. He was very careful with the placement of the necessary plumbing. He came back out immediately when the unit started leaking as soon as we tested it. The problem was the unit, not his work. We were very pleased with his services.
Description of Work: Note, I do not remember how much we paid. We had our whole house water filter replaced.

 + 0 moreI have use Bill Brown for many years, and have never been disappointed. Prompt, efficient service by a locally owned company. They are a full-service company that arrives on time, and completes the job completely and professionally at a reasonable cost.
Description of Work: Serviced furnace and AC units, minor plumbing repairs, repaired a blocked drain line that caused a water overflow.

 + -1 moreHe's trustworthy. I left him in my home before the work and gone shopping and he's trustworthy enough to leave to do the work. I don't have to watch his workers while they're here. He's always finished the job on time. If it goes over, he warns us ahead of time. He's a very consensus company owner. It's a very good company.
Description of Work: We're using Bill Brown Plumbing & Heating for heating and A/C. He's in a middle of the repair right now. He's been out like once a year. He just replaced our entire heating and air conditioning unit. He kept it running for 3 years for us efficiently and safely.
