About us

Greenserve, originally G&S Quality Insulation, is a full service Home Performance Contracting Business that has been in operation since 2014. With over 25 years combined experience, Greenserve provides effective building envelope solutions for new construction and retrofits of older homes and businesses within a 70 mile radius of Salisbury, NC. We offer technical assistance with home performance issues concerning moisture, heat loss, and indoor air quality. We use Diagnostic Equipment, infrared scanning, and our own experience and knowledge to find problems and recommend solutions. Once the problems are found we develop a scope of work, assist in securing rebates and tax credits, and eliminate the issue. This results in a home that is healthier, more comfortable, and more energy efficient for our customer. Greenserve holds many accreditations including: Building Performance Analyst Certification, EPA Lead Safe Certification, North Carolina HVAC license, and we are also a Duke Energy Smart Saver trade ally. We have quickly earned a reputation for quality in our area and we look forward to showing you that it is well deserved!
