+ -1 moreMr. Pritchard provided an estimate within 24 hours of visiting our home. He was quick to schedule a date for installation. He and his workers showed up on time. The installers were hard worker, polite and respectful. I believe they treated our home as if it were theirs.
Description of Work: We added central air to the upstairs of our 1896 home. They installed new ductwork and heat pump, as well as cut in new supplies and return.

+ -1 moreI found Eddie, the technician, to be very knowledgeable, patient, informative, professional and competent. He explained what he was doing to me and why. It took him a while to undo what the other people had done but he stuck with it until the heat was completely fixed. I would highly recommend Pritchard to anyone.
Description of Work: He fixed my heating after another contractor (Lake Lure Heating and Air) messed it up.

+ -1 moreThey said it needed a part so they would put in Freon in and fix it the next day. They came to fix it the next day in while they were fixing iti they destroyed another part so after they left the Freon leaked out... When they came back they fixed the part they broke and added more Freon and charged us $600. We resented paying for their mistake.
Description of Work: Attempted to fix the $6000 unite they had sold us the previous year

+ -1 moreThey have helped us numerous times. They have given us advice about a system we had purchased that failed and helped us in getting that replaced. They installed an HVAC unit in an addition that I built. We're very satisfied with our air and heat. Their prices were competitive.
Description of Work: We have an annual contract, so they come every six months to do service and cleaning on our A/C unit.
