 + 1 moreI had seen the "Clean Roof Solutions" sign in front of a house that I knew had a severely streaked roof, and I was amazed - it looked new! I contracted Mr. Davies and when he completed my house, my mouth dropped open in amazement when I saw what he had done! Everything looked brand new, especially my roof that is 18 years old. It looked like it's original, brand new, beautiful green. I know that those stains on the roof, siding, and gutters were pretty stubborn, but what Mr. Davies did was beyond my expectations!
Description of Work: I needed my roof, siding, and gutters cleaned. My house is in a wooded area and my roof which is green and 18 years old was severely streaked and looked bad! My siding which is white had several moldy areas because of the shade and dampness. My gutters which are also white were almost black especially on the bottom side.

 + -1 moreWe put the gutters on in 2005. He cleaned them 11 years later. Sections of the gutters had been black, and there was a black spot in the gutters on the front of the house. The black spot was very obvious when you came to the house. He cleaned the gutters front and back, and the gutters looked brand new! We feel like if anyone is trying to sell their house, having someone clean the roof, siding, and gutters is an excellent thing to do. It makes the house look brand new as well. Our siding looks wonderful too! Everything looks great.

 + 0 moreMr. Davies contacted me the day before making sure it was fine for him to come the next morning around eight or nine. He arrived on time and worked very hard till about 1 PM. The job done far exceeded the price. he did a wonderful job. My roof looks like a new roof and it had a lot of streaks on it that I had to look at every day but now I drive up to a roof that looks brand-new! Thank you Mr. Davies !
