The level of customer service that I experienced at AAA Gutters was outstanding. A couple of days after speaking with the office manager and requesting an estimate, I received one via email. I had a question regarding moving the downspouts because I thought that their current location did not allow for proper drainage away from the foundation. The person that performed the estimate had already addressed the issue in the email (accompanied by a detailed schematic of the planned work) but I did not see that initially. Five days from the original request for an estitmate, I received email notification that the work had been competed. My neighbors have informed me that the new gutters look fabulous(This is a rental property that I own in North Carolina).

After checking around the area, and receiving 4 different estimates, the estimate from AAA was the best deal. I told them exactly what I wanted. They agreed to my choices about size and color. We set a date and they came as scheduled. All the installers were professional and knowledgeable. The did an excellent job and were finished in 3 hours. The man in charge was even concerned about exactly where to put his truck so as not to damage the yard. I'm totally satisfied.

Handled the complete transaction by phone. The owner went and looked at the job and called me with estimates for a couple of options. I authorized the work and the new gutters were installed within a week or so. After the gutters were installed, they emailed an invoice to me. The invoice was for the amount quoted... no surprises. I checked on the house over the weekend and it all looked good, so made payment the next week. Nice job. Gutters are attached to the house with screws instead of nails. Looks like there are screws every couple of feet, so the gutters should stay up. The job looks good, the gutters function correctly in the rain. They left a clean job site. Couldn't tell that they had been at the house other than I now have gutters. Good company to do business with.
