Great,fixed my problem, didn't have to wait til another day to pick up?

When I had a total hard drive failure I was freaking out thinking I was looking at hundreds to fix it. Took it to John , he explained in detail what I might need. Called the next day to tell me what needed to be done. Replaced the drive, Reloaded windows, Had it done the next day, and kept it under $150.It runs faster now than brand new.
