was told going to be a all day to pump tank.... being truck was far away... I went inside for 30 min and they were loading up... said they were done... we will see as time goes on if the whole tank was pumped or if they got tired of waiting and just shut it down. I really have no way of knowing..

Little Late, shouldve called to let me know

The primary reason for contracting a septic company was to have our tank marked so we know where we can put our deck. The contractor was made aware of this during the first phone call. They didn't come out when promised, rescheduled for the following day. I was advised that they'd be there around noon. When the crew showed up at 4:15 they didn't know anything about our request to have the perimeter of the tank marked & said they didn't know how to mark the tank perimeter. My text message to the owner that night was ignored. The following Monday, when I called, I was told he'd mark the tank perimeter that afternoon. He didn't. The next day everything was marked.

Other than a small issue with their somewhat tardy arrival after the scheduled time, their service was excellent, and the charges were competitively reasonable. Easy to do business with, and I would call them again should the need arise..
