They had to come back 3 times and they change me a high price each time they came back the septic tank fills up every time it rains. No answer from them

Affordable Septic (AS) damaged my property on 8/10/18, stated they would repair the damage, but as of 9/27/18 nothing has happened. The crew charged me $650 for pumping septic tank and clearing the inlet and outlet lines. However, when leaving they ran over and damaged a brick retaining wall and some landscaping timbers. Quality of work is poor - quality includes the treatment and condition of the property when the work is completed - my property was damaged. Customer Service is poor. I have called Tommy more than five times and was told that he would send someone to repair the damage, but no one has shown up or contacted me. I have also sent text that was not answered. Value for the money is poor - I believe it will cost me more than $650 to have someone repair the damage to my property. I'm considering small claims court if something does not happen by the first week of October. John McGehee Advance NC

I scheduled an appointment with Affordable Septic and Grease Cleaning. They didn't show up at the meeting time. When I called, they said that someone had tried to call me, but I didn't have any missed calls. They showed up about an hour later than the scheduled time. Once there, they did a nice job. They were quick and efficient. Outside of the scheduling miscommunication, the service was good.

My only issue with them was that they were late arriving. I understand that things happen, but they were supposed to arrive in the morning and instead arrived around lunch time. Luckily someone was home. However, booking the appointment was easy, they were very flexible in scheduling, and the technicians were helpful and professional. I would recommend them to anyone as long as you have a flexible schedule.

Had no sooner clicked "Have him call me" and Affordable called! Mr. Neal is very experienced. He and David did a great job and their word can be counted on. Satisfied customer here.

Overall, very happy for their work and response during weekend.
