+ -1 moreEven though the repairman hadn't done one of these recalls in some time, he and the lady quickly repaired the microwave. As he progressed through the repair, he began remembering the exact procedure for doing recalls similar to this one. The instructions were included in the repair kit and I was reading the procedure during the repair. He followed the procedure exactly without referencing the instructions and even remembered to mention that "a vinegar smell" would linger for 24 hours. They were very friendly and courteous. More importantly, they were on time!
Description of Work: A gentleman and a lady came to repair my Whirlpool microwave oven that had a recall associated with it. They took down the under-cabinet microwave, dismantled it, and installed replacement parts.
