+ 3 moreThe first day we met Miguel he arrived promptly with an employee. He proceeded to work up an estimate by asking us questions and inspecting the building to be painted. We talked about the different types of paint needed to cover all surfaces(primed siding, raw wood trim, synthetic products and block walls.) He was one of two est. we obtained and both were similar in numbers but very different in services estimated. The two man crew spent two days calking. They did a very good job covering all nail heads and seams. The following two and a half days there was a bigger crew painting. All unpainted surfaces were covered while spraying and brushing. They worked carefully around three dormers set on a metal roof. Each day we would arrive after hours(due to work) and found the site clean and all equipment safely put away. The final bill was exactly as estimated even with the extra brush work on the siding and a new door we had installed.
Description of Work: Miguel Lopez was very prompt with initial phone call and estimate to paint exterior of a two story building. He was very thorough in his estimate. He calked every nail and seam. He used high quality paints on all surfaces and always left our place clean after each work day. His employees were always professional and took the time to stop and talk with us. Miguiel has also encouraged us to call during and in the future with any concerns.
