Did a beautiful job! Very professional, prompt and courteous! Went over and beyond on clean up!

2 months ago trees were removed but they left stumps. They promised to return in the next few weeks to do other tree limb removal and at that time they would remove the stumps. They were paid! They promised to keep me posted on when they were coming out, but I have to call them, and they still do not return to finish the job. It has been 60 days and they have not returned to finish the job. Extremely disappointed!

WOW!!! Amazing work done as discussed and agreed upon!! These gentlemen showed up a few minutes early and were ready to tackle the job as they stated, boss man included. What a great team of communication, planning for the next tree at the same time keeping all safety issues at the forefront. Trees came down as they were strategically planned to do so, within inches of the drop zone by my home. The clean up after the tree removal was phenomenal! They really do leave the place looking better than they found it. I will certainly be using them again for different areas of the property. In my book that's a superb customer service initial impression. The whole initial process - Kevin's site visit for estimate, Danielle's proposal submission, and the proposal price breakdown were a pleasant customer experience with the company. On the day of work, they came in early, knocked off the tree cutting and cleanup job quick, with a crew very pleasant to work with. At one point, I called Kevin's cell the first time but he was not able to pick up. A few minutes later, he called back on my missed call - its that kind of customer service that tells me I made the right choice of company to do business with.
